ABOUT KRISTIN LANDOWSKI
A Midwest native, Kristin is an Oakland-based ceramic artist. She thrives on creating utilitarian forms that connect community, as well as throwing vessels over three feet tall. Never bored, she utilizes the versatility of clay through expressive representation in handbuilding. She has over 15 years teaching experience. She graduated with a MFA in Ceramics & Interdisciplinary Studies as well as a MA in Visual and Critical Studies from the California College of the Arts. She received her BFA in Ceramics and BFA in Sculpture, along with an Art History Minor from University of Wisconsin: Stevens Point.
